Any of your recipes I have tried were very good but not this one. I followed directions exactly and they were not crispy at all. Actually the skin was chewy and rubbery. I am better off cooking them on the grill

I like to cook the buffalo sauce mixture in pan till bubbling stage also adding couple of cloves of freshly grated garlic. 😊
