6 until 6.45pm Strength box class
Strength box class is a combination between strength training & boxing training. We divide the groups in two one group does strength training while the other group does boxing. The focus tonight in the strength component is to nail the deadlift & bench press with perfect form.
7 until 7.45pm strength & conditioning class for any athlete any level that is looking to improve their physical performance. Which can vary from speed, strength,power,endurance, flexibility & movement.
8 until 8.45pm Boxing class
In our boxing classes we focus on cardio & technique. The 747 boxing classes are always different what you would do in our boxing classes:
footwork drills ✔
heavy bag work✔
Parter drills ✔
Core strength training ✔
